SEND Parent information and support network
Hertsmere Schools Partnership works in collaboration with DSPL6 to offer several support services for parents of children with SEND. Please download the flyers below for full information and event dates.
SEND Surgery
Every half term we run an online appointment SEND surgery which is open to families with children that attend a Hertsmere school. This is a free bookable slot where you can discuss your child's SEND needs with Cheryl Mence, Head of DSPL6 and Karen Follows, SEND school family worker. The sessions are held online over Teams and run throughout the day. Each bookable session lasts for 30 minutes. Please see the flyer below for full details and upcoming dates.
Parent Support Network
The Parent Support Network Potters Bar is a drop-in session running at Elm Court. We offer a supportive environment where people can share a wealth of tried and tested ideas to support you and your family. You are welcome to attend each month or as your diary allows. Each session runs from 9.15am until 10.45.
The dates for the Spring term are:

The Family Support Network is an exciting new drop-in group in Borehamwood. We offer a supportive environment where people can share a wealth of tried and tested ideas to support you and your family. We can offer advice on SEND needs, sleep, behaviour difficulties, housing needs, setting up a routine, benefit advice, toileting issues.
We are currently in discussions with venues and more information will follow shortly.
